All services can be booked for destination weddings & elopements.

Travel fees, accommodations, and extended on-site hours will be quoted based on location.

This ensures I arrive on time, and fully prepared to deliver the luxury experience every bride deserves.

  • Local travel (within 90 miles of Lafayette, CA) may be included in select packages

  • Out-of-town or overnight travel (over 90 miles of Lafayette, CA) will require hotel accommodations

  • International travel will include a custom quote (airfare, lodging, and per diem)

Prefer a lighter touch? Your artist’s time is exclusively reserved for you between looks or events while off-site. This ensures we remain available to return later in the day for scheduled refreshers.

During these return visits, you’ll enjoy complimentary light touch-ups such as lipstick, powder, or any minor refreshers needed, so you stay polished and photo-ready throughout the day.

On-Call Touch Ups

Perfect for brides who want peace of mind, knowing their artist is always close at hand. From windblown portraits during your first look, to teary vows at the ceremony, to seamless transitions between outfit changes, your artist ensures you remain picture perfect from “I do” to the last dance.

Travel

As on-location artists, a travel fee is required and will be presented before your service and then added to the bill.

The start point will be Lafayette, CA.

  • Base Travel Fee (within 10 miles of Lafayette, CA): $20

  • Each additional mile (beyond 10 miles): $0.75 per mile (roundtrip)

  • Parking fees & tolls: To be covered by the client when applicable

  • Extended Local Travel (over 90 miles one way):
    For destinations requiring more than 2 hours of drive time or call times earlier than 7:00 AM, a private overnight accommodation will be required. and will incur a custom travel quote based on location, mileage, and accessibility.

  • Out-of-State or International Weddings

    Travel for out-of-state or international bookings will include a custom quote covering:
    Airfare
    Ground transportation
    Checked baggage (if applicable)
    Hotel accommodations (1–2 nights)

(travel and lodging may be arranged by the client or booked by the artist and invoiced accordingly.)
