Pre-Event Services

TRAVEL

As on-location artists, a travel fee is required and will be presented before your service and then added to the bill.

The start point will be Lafayette, CA.

• Base Travel Fee (within 10 miles of Lafayette, CA): $40

• Each additional mile (beyond 10 miles): $0.95 per mile (roundtrip)

• Parking fees & tolls: To be covered by the client when applicable

• Extended Local Travel (over 90 miles one way):
  For destinations requiring more than 2 hours of drive time or call times earlier than 7:00 AM, a private overnight accommodation will be required. and will incur a custom travel quote based on location, mileage, and accessibility.

• Out-of-State or International Weddings

  Travel for out-of-state or international bookings will include a custom quote covering:
  Airfare
  Ground transportation
  Checked baggage (if applicable)
  Hotel accommodations (1–2 nights)
