This phase teaches the process for reviewing new client inquiries on google sheets, completing their inquiry form, to preparing accurate estimates on quickbooks and drafting an gmail respond to the client. View more Role Responsibilities here.

  • Step 1: Review the Phase 1 SOP Guide

  • Step 2: Watch the Inquiry Intake Training Demo

    (Best viewed on a computer.) After completion, notify Angelique to receive QuickBooks training access for the practice exercise.

  • Step 3: Complete the Practice Exercise

    (Best done on a computer.) After completing the exercise, notify Angelique so your work can be reviewed.

  • Step 4: Review the Practice Exercise Together and Address Any Questions
